When will the hotel be reopened?
At the moment, renovation work is in full swing and we plan to reopen probably in June 2023.
What exactly is being built here at Los Angeles Square?
We transform an aging traditional hotel into a new star on the Berlin hotel market.
Under which brand will the hotel be operated?
The hotel will be re-opened as DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm.
Will there be a sustainability concept?
We take our corporate social responsibility very seriously and sustainability and the careful use of resources are very important to us. There will be both a certification and an operational sustainability concept.
Are renewable energies used?
We rely on renewable energies and will install solar panels on the roof in the course of the renovation.
How many event rooms will there be and with what surface area?
A total of 11 function rooms will be available for conferences, banquets, celebrations and meetings. The largest room will offer a contiguous area of 500m².
Can the hotel be reached by public transport?
Thanks to our excellent location directly on the Kudamm, we are easy to reach by public transport. U-bahns and S-bahns are each only a short walk away. Click here for more information.
From when on can events be requested?
We are already looking forward to your enquiries and will be happy to assist you in word and deed. Please feel free to contact us to find out more about the possibilities. How many stars will the hotel have?
We strive for a 4 star superior classification according to the DEHOGA hotel classification.

Your host, Genral Manager Hannes Dreher, will be happy to answer your questions and provide further information about this exciting project.
How many rooms & suites will be available after the renovation?
After the opening, we welcome you in 420 rooms, including 5 Junior Suites, 9 Corner Suites and 1 Diplomat Suite for more space and comfort.
Are there any partner hotels in Berlin?
We are part of Event Hotels. Event Hotels operates 59 business and city hotels at 46 locations in Europe under the names of renowned international hotel brands. In Berlin, these include The Westin Grand Berlin and the Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz.Â
Are there already sample rooms that can be visited?
We are pleased to be able to give you an impression of the future accommodation options already today. Currently, 3 sample rooms are available for viewing, please ask your host Hannes Dreher for an appointment to view them!

Which areas are being renovated?
All rooms are being completely renovated and will soon shine in new splendour. The lobby with the lobby bar will be renovated as well as the restaurant. You can find first impressions in our gallery, click here.
From when will the rooms be bookable?
There is also a lot happening behind the scenes at the moment, and the rooms will probably be available for you to book from Q2 2023. If you are already planning a group trip, please contact us!
Are there parking spaces directly at the hotel?
For your arrival by car, you have your own underground car park and a spacious forecourt at your disposal.
Is there a wellness & fitness area in the hotel?
You don’t have to do without your daily workout even in the heart of Berlin! There will be an extensively equipped fitness area in the hotel.
