Nice, clean, renovated hotel. The elevators coming in secondsStaff was amazing, the service was great. Especially Olga :)Showers clean, rooms clean. All of all, we had a pleasant time.

The location is great, its right in the middle of everything. The check in is quite smooth and fast, and we were given the most amazing Christmas cookies at check in ♥️The hotel has a small fitness centre (gym) and a sauna area (60° & 90°) which are great to have but you really miss not having a pool in the hotel.

Pleasant two day stay Pleasant comfortable hotel in a quiet location. It's well within walking distance of the main railway station, though the residential area seems a bit unlikely at first. We were in the main part of the hotel, rather than the annexe across the road. Staff we came across were pleasant, and the bar (free drink courtesy of Accor membership!) was cosy and well-stocked even if the view of the car park was uninspiring. However, the view from the bedroom we had was good. The bedroom has sufficient storage for a couple of days' stay. Would have appreciated a drawer or two for smalls. As is usual, there was nowhere in the bathroom to put your toiletries bag, and nowhere to hang your clothes should you want to get dressed in the bathroom. Why not a hook on the back of the door?? The heated towel rail was appreciated though. Loved the smell of the shower gel and hand soap.

Beautiful and new hotel. Super tasty breakfast. Very friendly girl Tetiana from the bar! Super comfortable beds that you don’t want to leave in the morning 🙂

Service was ok. They were very busy and overwhelmed when I was trying to check in. The food was pretty decent if you are too tired to go anywhere else, but slightly overpriced

Stayed at Doubletree for a week in October. For me, Charlottenburg & Ku'damm are an excellent location to get everywhere in Berlin, as there are trains, subways and buses all within a 10 minute or less walk from the hotel. The room was good, clean & had everything I needed.The breakfast spread is vast and very popular (with good reason). I found the staff lovely and helpful. It was a great stay.
