Overall a good experience. Clean rooms, spacious lobby and hallways, polite staff. Not impressed by the long queue at checkout (there was only one reception staff helping guests), I ended up using the express checkout which worked out just fine.

Very good 😀 - perfect stay in the heart of berlin 😞 - the counter staff, not friendly. i have to wait more than 30 minutes just to get the invoice but the bell boy was very helpful. I even give him tips for his extra services

Great location, great customer service but I have to say Mehdi behind the bar was particularly exceptional, friendly and willing to go above and beyond. He wasn't a fan of my taste (or lack of) in brandy though!

I have stayed several times at this Hilton hotel. The location is great, with plenty of parking all around if you want to avoid the hotel parking charges. The rooms are basic but very comfortable. I always request a courtyard room, as this is more quiet. Breakfast is mainly organic produce, not overly extravagant but enough to not get bored eating the same breakfast every day. The staff is generally very helpful. I do find the receptionists a little abrupt especially when checking in and it seems to be very random who gets a cookie upon check-in.

Location is one of the biggest strength of this hotel. About 3 mins walk to Europa centre and about 12 mins to KaDeWe department store and various restaurants.Room was clean and tidy with great view, and staff were prompt and professional. Welcome cookie was one of the best cookie I've had in Berlin.I would give 5 stars, but breakfast killed the perfect score. For about 25+ EUR per person, all you get are some handful of fruit, cheese and ham assortment, poor quality breads and overall disappointing selection of items (no potatoes and sausages too). I am glad that I did not reserve breakfast for all 4 nights stay. I know not many places open for breakfast, but please go elsewhere.Lastly, water bottles prepared in rooms are subject to charge unless you are a member of hotel chain. 4.5 EUR per bottle to be precise. Be aware of that as well.

Nice Hotel. 😀 - Rooms are nice and spacious. Location is good. Many shops and restourants around. 😞 - The hotel has not returned the deposit payment back to my credit card yet. I have made several enquiries but no result.

Everything about the hotel is great - the location, the rooms, the service.Niklas Brodnicki is better than great. He went out of his way to assist us, and is the undoubtedly the friendliest person I’ve encountered during all my trips to Berlin.

We loved the hotel. The hotel is newly opened, beautifully designed. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was very good. We had a wonderful holiday from beginning to end, we were very pleased. I definitely recommend it. I already made my next reservation.
