Amazing hotel , staff kind but not as helpful 😀 - The hotel is luxurious with amazing rooms and the most comfortable bed i ever slept. Everything was clean and tidy. The design is nice, too. The room was 10/10. 😞 - The staff was not efficient and not as helpful. We arrived late, and they made us wait for check-in, while three people were staring at the computer screen. They were kind, but the over service was not matching the hotel vibe.

Orgasmic 😀 - Carlos made our stay incredicle welcoming. Breakfast 10/10 my girlfriend has gained 10 pounds...thanks for that 🙄... 😞 - The white tiles in the lobby that do not line up with the door drove me wild...other than that 10/10

It was a pleasure to stay so close to most of the activities that I had visited during my stay. 😀 - Breakfast had a variety good of food available at all times. 😞 - The tissues were not replaced when it had finished.

I stayed here for a weekend,very nice fresh rooms and a nice clean bathroom…Everything was cleaned beautifully every morning and the room was fresh again in the evening...The hotel is located on Kurfürstendamm, nice to have a beer and eat.Definitely recommended

"We spent 7 nights in July at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is very pleasant. A few things to note:1.Always remember to place the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, as the housekeeping staff is eager to enter2.The cleaning staff doesn't speak much English.3.I still don't understand why water costs 9 euros.4.The coffee machine and the provided coffee are good.5.The breakfast was just average, nothing extraordinary.6.The welcome cookies are the best!"

Enjoyed our 5 night break at this hotelRoom was tidy, clean and well appointedBreakfast at the weekend was crazy busy and a frenetic, other days not so bad.The gym is sizeable but not much equipment for weights, managed to get by but don’t go there expecting to do a leg day
